Enclosed is the sample project I was working on. The program works exactly the way it needs to. However, the dll it uses has two problems. First, when people are disconnecting, the dll gives an error. Also, when connecting to players on the internet, the vertification does not work but instead shows the messages as not being received even though it was. That part works fine on the local area network. What I need is that fixed. The only change needed for the sample chat program would be the unload event if a new parameter needs to be set. The other fixes must be done on the dll. The dll needs to be installed in order to run the sample chat. The sample chat can be converted to an exe to try to debug the dll. The way to test it on the internet is letting me know of a good time, and I will host it while you connect to me. If the information comes across and when one person closes, it closes out the other person with no errors, then I will mark the project complete. A possible parameter would be when set to true will ignore all errors on the dll. This would only happen when unloading. Currently, when the vertification is turned off, the program works; however, sometimes there is data missing. The purpose of the dll is to resend lost messages. The dll uses UDP. It must stap as UDP. The included file includes all the source code for the dll.
## Deliverables
The fixed dll file that vertifies messages sent across the internet. Also, if there is a new parameter for when unloading, then the new sample chat to include that as well.
