component for sending emails through Winsock

I need a component for sending emails. This must still work even if the server being sent from requires authentication. Also, when sending to that server, it must work. I currently have a program that sends emails but it does not work when sending to someone from a secure server. I have an email account with the secure server. For this to be accepted, not only must someone from the server be able to send emails successfully, but when someone who does use a different email server to send emails sends to someone from that server, it must still go through. For the successful bidder, I will give them the email account and the mail address for both pop and smtp so they can test and work with it. It must allow file attachments, sending emails as either text or html. Also, it must first have a connect method. After that, then a person can send as many emails from there before disconnecting. I would need a send command and error handling as well. Then I want a disconnect method so when all emails have been sent, a person can disconnect from the server. Also needs the capability to send to multiple email addresses delimited seperated by either a , or ;. I would need it where the reply address can be different from the email from like ebay has it and others. ## Deliverables The complete source code for the component, the compiled component and the source code for the sample project. For the sample project, I want just a simple email sender where a person choose the from, to, subject, body, whether to use text of html, attachments. Then a button that says send. At that point, it would send the email. Not only must the email be sent successfully from the server I will give you access to, but it must be received successfully when sending it from another server to that one. Previously, it would send it to that server, but they would never respond to it but never had problems with Outlook. This must be done without MAPI components, Outlook, or Outlook Express. ## Platform Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows ME
