addin for MS Outlook

We need an add-in toolbar for our text to speech software. The requirements are: 1. Add a toolbar in the MS outlook in main window; 2. Add a toolbar in the MS outlook in the active window: the opened email window. 3. get the email body text of selected email: the scenario is: in the main page, you select one email, and click the button, we will retrieve the text; in the active page, if we click the button, we will retrieve the text of the opened email. 4. If the user selects a part of email body text, return the selected text. 5. get the email sender’s name 6. get the e-mail’s subject. 7. in latest Office version (XP+), the office will give a warning when you are going to retrieve the above information, it is better to avoid the warning then you get the mail body text. 8. also avoid the warning from the virus scanning software, such as mcafee. 9. if you can not add a toolbar, you can add a button instead. 10. better written in VB or vb.net 11. you can bid out another project (add-in for outlook express ) at the same time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
