DB Software rework in VB6

I am looking for an easy way to keep my stock updated at my ecommerce store. I have a working model written in VB6 that takes 2 input files, "1. A microsoft Excel file and 2. A tab delimited text file".

The program matches the sku numbers from both files and combines the quantities available and then creates an output tab delimited file and uploads it and 3 other files to my online store. The program also lets me know when items are available that customers are waiting for.

I need you to completely rewrite the code that matches the sku numbers to match UPC numbers instead. You also need to create the code to download these files to the program directory "with progress". One of the files needs to be unzipped after download.

This is going to be difficult because it involves 3 files... one file is an excel file from supplier #1 that has the SKU number, UPC, number and Quantity available. The second file is from supplier #2 and has SKU numbers and Quantities Available, and the third file also from supplier #2 has SKU and UPC numbers so to get the SKU, UPC and Quantity available from supplier #2 you need to go through the 2 files.

Please don't reuse any of the code that goes through the files.. Please create your own.

Please keep in mind that all other existing code needs to remain functioning.

## Deliverables

I have attached a sample file of what the output should look like along with the database files from supplier 1 and 2 as described in the product description.

Note: the SKU numbers in the outputfile will need to be commonized for the output file? if the UPC code is matched. once any upc codes from supplier 1 and 2 are matched the SKU numbers from supplier1 should be made to match the sku numbers from supplier2 in the output file.

I will provide the existing source code after bid acceptance.
