Developer or Team needed (at least 1 month)

We are looking forward to find a talented VB 6 developer or team of developers in order to complete a project that we have in alpha phase of development. What we are looking is: extensive experience in programming VB 6.0 with MS Access DB Support and knowledge of using components such as Xtreme SuitePro, an so on. We have detailed specifications that we will be able to provide after signing an NDA with the selected developers. The application development is estimated by us to 150 ??" 175 hours of development. But we are willing to listen to your time estimations. Keeping this number of hours in mind please write us the estimated cost for developing the project. Now we want to see which coders (and their experience) are interested in the project. The project start date is the beginning of July and estimated end date is during August. Note: The project involves a long term collaboration that involves product updates. Keep this in mind where you estimated the costs. If we find the selected developer / development team convenient for us there are several projects that we want to develop / upgrade and maintain with you. Note2: At the end of the project we will provide a 20% success bonus if the requested work does satisfy all our requirements and the communication / collaboration with the developer / development team was excellent. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
