Detect mouse events in other programs

A module, class etc. that can be easily added into a program that will detect when another program (outside of ours) has been started and/or closed, including html help, and the web. Program will need to set state of form accordingly. For example: If another program has been activated, to module/class etc. needs to detect the action and minimize our forms. Once focus has left the other program our program needs to have focus. Again, this includes web access from our program, and html help files. MUST BE WRITTEN IN VB6 AND FULLY DOCUMENTED API'S ETC OK.
