Desktop software with remote features

A vb.net (or c#) solution with remote and desktop functions: for remote use i need a component that allow to synchronize local data store in a variable db with a remote db (AND THE OTHER WAY AROUND); the remote db (mysql) will be the base for Joomla, Zen Cart and Drupal based web sites. especially for Joomla and Zen Cart CMS, the software must working also with their most famous components/plug in (es: Comunity Builder). The software must working also with local web pages (intranet). In local mode (desktop use) the software must have module (forms code and db operations) for: 1) connections variable from various db types (access from 2000 to 2007 version, mysql, sqlserver 2000-2005, BASE the OpenOffice db, and other ODBC compatible db) 2) form "operators" with options for manage different users that use the software; authorization will be manage from this form (for example user 'ADMIN' have full access to all modules, user 'NORMAL USER' have restricted access) 3) module for backup and restore data 4) log file of all operations and users relative. 5) module for communicate errors on events error or exception occour with relative log file (win xp styles) 6) the software MUST BE working also in lan enviroment with mutli accesses and multi users. 7) module for encrypt and decrypt some data (privacy reason); i need only a soft encrypt system 8) module for log in and log out users, with release of relative resources. No third part code or component is accepted Screenshot and demo version is requested. This is the first project and it's low budget, i search people for continuous cooperation also on projects high budget in future; then if i receive good code now, i contact you for other projects!
