Decoding gzip web pages while in memory

This program will require. 1) To be coded in VB6 only. 2) Be able to decode and read GZIP encoded web pages while in memory. Basically the program will work like this, it would be a short working example that would access a webpage through winsock on the net and retrieve the data sent in gzip. It would then decode the data into plain english as if you were accessing a site that did not use gzip encoding. For example when you open a winsock connection to [[login to view URL]][1] the returned data is gzip encoded and unreadable, and as such would need to be decoded into readable english, as if you were accessing a site like [[login to view URL]][2] which transmits directly in english without gzip encoding. Any questions feel free to contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
