Create dispatch database

This is a very basic mysql database that will capture dispatch information for a delivery company. Basic information required will be contact info with an auto generating job number up to 6 digits. Pick up address, Delivery address and freight info. Control panel is needed. Will be web based. More info provided upon request and to the winning bidder. Budget is $45 because project is extremely small. Please do not bid over this amount. I am looking for someone that is reliable. If this project goes well i can promise you more work.
