Convert CV (resume) to XML

| | I need a custom built C# ([Vb.Net][1]) class to parse details from any cv (resume) uploaded (in .doc format) and Output in xml format. **Word resume don't have a unique format.** This component will be used in a candidate resume tracking application for a staffing firm. Resume tracking application is already built and this component might ease the burden of data entry. For a better understanding of desired output an XML output is attached. Ideal candidate will have some sort of data-mining/lexical/semantic analysis experience with a similar project. I want to clarify that Resume won't have similar formats. Hence it would be a pattern recognition/semantic analysis type of challenge. We have one existing program which is capable to extract First Name Last Name Phone Number Location We are trying to get a MATRIX of skills if your parser can study the duration of the projects, extract the skills used in each project and give us a MATRIX as to how many years of experience the candidate has with those skills. Certifications mentioned in the resume Industry wise experience will be a plus.
