Client-Server Webpage Form Filler and Responder (repost)

This will be a client-server type of application. There is one server app and it must be able to run on a linux shared host. There are two client apps should be written in MS Visual Basic and they must be able to run on a Windows XP/Vista/7 system. Full detailed specs can be found in the attached zip files.
