Business Rules Completion for my Projects

Hello Coders! I’m looking for experienced .Net (VB) programmers for a long term partnership contract. I’m a programmer here in Brazil and need help to finish my projects because I work alone and my time is too short. The job consists in: - I will make all the project analysis and will create the documentation, the database model and up to 70% of the project code. - I will send this stuff to the chosen programmer (company) for completion. - The coder will create business rules code for the project and return the completed work to me. - I will validate the project along with my customer and if everything is fine, the job is done. Coders capable to contribute with great ideas will receive bonus when project is finished and will probably be my choice for next projects. Coder requirements: - Extensive VB.Net programming skills. - Must have experience with ERP/CRM programming. - Must be licensed to work (or at least be able to work) with the following set of components: 1) Infragistics NetAdvantage 2) Janus .Net Controls 3) ComponentOne Studio for .Net 4) Purecomponents EntrySet and NicePanel - Must be honest and responsible. - Must have good communication skills on English Language (Portuguese Skills as a plus). - Must have time available for my projects. - Must be able to adjust its working time to mine (Time Zone Synchronism). - Must have great internet connection for Skype Communication and file transferences. Your bid MUST contain your hourly rates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
