BOX/FILM Inventory Program

Please see attached Pictures to understand the design of the program. This is a box/film inventory program and must be done according to specs that will be provided. The pictures attached below - show the fields in the database, what is required, edit, search etc. The boxes contain documents - that will expire on specific dates and/or never expire. The same applies to Film (pictures/negatives). The comment field should be a memo field and not limited. Most of the design has already been drawn out for you - see attached pictures. All text fields should be searchable, including By-Dates, and by document type. Program should be designed using Visual Basic 6 and Access. Data will be provided to the winning bid, as well as other general information. I will also be available for testing etc. You will not be designing any reports. That will be done solely by us! Compression of Access database - should be an option for Administrator - built into the program. Login Splash Screen: User's must be required to login - using usernames and password. Admin rights should be assign to other users. Users will either be an admin or user only or guest (view only). This is a simple program to create - but does require attention to details. Only those who are willing to pay attention to details should apply. Regards ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows - All Flavors.
