Automatic Installer C#

Will be made by VS 2003, .Net Framework 1.1 and C# This installer is to be used with any .net application or other applications that users would create an install of. When selected, it would automatically install .net framework at the end client machines if needed using .net framework command line options. So first it should check, if client does not have it installed, it should install it.
