Active Directory Self Service Portal

I would like an Active Directory self-service portal which allows the users to login a webpage using the AD authentication, edit certain fields that are on the AD user properties, and then save them. This should all be live changes on the AD user properties, no database involved. I would also like a page that is a tableview address book of everyone in AD. ## Deliverables Should be a web-based app, please let me know what language(s) you would be able to do this in. The fields on the user profile I want edited are - First Name - Last Name - Office - Telephone Number - Street - City - State - Zip - Home Phone - Mobile Phone - Job Title - Department - Company The table view should show all of these columns.
