Design-your-own Sportswear Kits - Web Application/Programming

Hello, I am after a web application built in order to support my sales team, to simply speed up customer selections/orders. Please see the below web link examples. But if this needs java to work I can sacrifice apple products in order for users to work on their computers as logos etc need to be uploaded anyway. Or maybe even it can be easily converted to an ipad app later? I can supply all 2D drawings/designs, colours, prices etc etc, basically I need someone to create the software/web application for all this to work. I would really like a back/admin end for this application as well, so that I can change prices, add new drawings/designs/collars, add new colours etc. Please see attached word doc for more detailed information on the features that I would like.
