Create autopopulate script for order forms

Before you bid or ask.. Please note that our shopping cart does NOT reside on our server, so we do not have access to it's server side. With that said we are looking for someone that can create some type of auto-populate script that works in a way that when a customer orders from one of our order forms like this one <[login to view URL]> Their information is remembered or pre-filled when we offer them another item minutes after they purchase the first item from us. So in short here is what happens. 1- Customer orders an item from us and ends up completing a form like the one shown above. 2- After they place their order we show them another item and ask if they would like to purchase it as well, they click onto the order form and it is already prepopulated using the info that they entered the first time around. This is a very easy project but remember we DO NOT have access to the server that the cart resides on it is a 3rd party service. Th ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all
