Convert PDF to editable Word document

I have a scanned document that was converted into a PDF. I would like this PDF converted into an editable word document. I will need the formatting to remain the same as well as fonts. Frames will not work well for what I need. I do not want frames in the document. Basically, I am expecting an exact duplicate of the pdf, only in a word document. I am sure there is a better way then retyping the document, but however you get the job done correctly is fine with me. Spelling and attention to detail is also paramount.
