Hello website developers,
I am looking to create an eCommerce website, similar to [url removed, login to view] with ALL the same functionality and some additional functionality. I want this new website to be the COMPETITION as well as another solution for users to turn to. I am looking for a complete solution!
At a real high level, this is a portal for models and photographers to collaborate. I would like this website hosted through [url removed, login to view] using linix or windows server. This website needs to accept payments from end-users, based on different membership levels that a user signs up for. I do not want to use paypal, if possible. It will also need to have a structurally sound back-end database probably using mysql. There needs to be messaging capability between users and moderator(s). There needs to be an ability to upload and manage user photos. This website solution needs to be very powerful, yet user friendly with the ability for admin management to control every aspect of the website. Basically, I would like a clone of all website functionality and then some.

I have some website development knowledge, but I am seeking an expert to create this website solution from the ground up. I am looking for an experienced website developer, who can provide very clean, professional, optimized and commented code. I will also need this website fully and thoroughly tested before putting it into production.
With your bid, please provide me what language you believe would be best to develop this website in, what the backend database will be in, and a high level design on what you plan on doing to re-create the clone website. What is your plan for a payment gateway and/or shopping cart to allow for payments, etc...
