I have one issue that needs to be fixed. I have built a network that is entirely designed using css. We have chosen a bit of a different approach for the navigation. The page uses two frames Left frame (33%) flash ad, and the right frame(66%) holds all content. So the right part is what is designed with css. On the right hand site of the content we have a navigation bar that is fixed to 120 pixels. So the main content of the site is: 66% of the browser MINUS 120 pixels. We are aware that the site will not look good in 800 * 600 resolution, but there is one thing we want to get fixed. As the browser window is made smaller things like the forum and member list get a funny look. Tabs start appearing on two rows etc. That is something we can live with, but when the browser is minimized even further the whole main content can't be made smaller as it collides with the right navigation texts. At this point the whole main content "jumps" down to the very bottom of the page (under the navigation). This looks very ugly. I need someone who can find a solution that solves this issue. It is ok if part of the main content is hidden when the browser reaches a certain minimum. I am up to discussing all possible solutions, as long as we can keep the page having content at the top. When the main content drops down it gets all white in this are which looks very bad. I have attachde two images. I will try to extract the page and the css so that I you can test with my css file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
