CSS Horinzontal Drop Down Menu

I have two sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The navigation menu on [login to view URL] is writtne in javascript. I would like this menu converted to a CSS menu with the same colors and functionality. The menu needs to be in css, search engine friendly, fast loading and needs to work with both IE and Firefox. The menu needs to be easily customizeable, preferably in frontpage. Once the new menu is working on [login to view URL], I would like to approve that and then have the same menu installed on hoboken-real-estates.com. I will then customize that menu for that site. Coder must deliver instructions on how to install the menu as I have over 50 sites using the old javascript menu and I would like to convert them all myself. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
