Boomeranglistbuilder clone on german language PHP or EXE

It would be as shareware creator (for xp, Vista maybe windows 7 ready or PHP online software).

I can lock up PDF (or e_x_e ) file choose icon ,period, imidatelly or.. registration link? and software would make from pdf? an E-X-E file. when somebody download that file before that he can read pdf, they will be with click on link? redirected on my page where he can register software-ebook

I can send to you translation of the words on german which you need for software!? That new software must not have all options as? Boomerang list builder-independent on price!!

I would like to have that options for shure:

-upload pdf

-give name to pdf

-put in redirect link to responder

-use icon from software or upload own icon (32x32 pix)

-put in password to open file

-generate shareware file im e-x-e format
