Automotive Classifieds Script

I am looking for an Automotive Classifieds Script. It would have to follow the following guidelines: *Hold 50,000+ Ads *Have an ability to charge for ads ( Via Paypal which has a credit card section ) *Have depth to the categories ( EX: Cars>Ford>Mustang>GT ) *Have Registrations *Ability to charge different amounts for different categories. *Photo Gallery for EVERY ads posted *Promotional Codes ( Automatic promotional codes as well, for bulk buying equals less price ) *I would like to have an affiliate program but not required *Must be attractive *Must have featured ads *Counter on each page( well ads only ) *Reply to Ad *Place to put their web page *Banner Program *A I would like to have full copyrights to it. So the program would then be mine to sell or do anything with. *Dealers Pages *Must have an administration page ( Delete ads if i want ) *Must have a good search place. So people can search by location, make, model and so on. *Also included i want to be able to sell Boats, Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, Aviation, and more...so that would be put in there too. *Also, a possible video clip able to be uploaded. Like i said up there i would like to have full copyrights on this so i can sell this product. I am open to suggestions on the prices. Also, I am also thinking of some deals to make it cheaper. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I am running a Unix operating system for my hosting so this could be developed in Perl or any others that would be good. But please specify what program type you would be doing it in if i accepted you and also why that would be the best to use. ## Deadline information I would like it done by June. But that is not set in stone!
