Application/Software Development for Mac OSX Leopard

Application to be designed that schedules to turn off computer at set times each day: 1. Must run on Mac OSX Leopard. 2. Needs nice interface to be used by general public. 3. Have attached a copy of MacMinder which is no longer in operation (website closed and application updates ceased). What I want is similar to this except for Leopard rather than Tiger. 4. The software will be used for persons who want to have the computer turned off to prevent them from working late into the night. Their administrator of friend will usually hold the password for them. 5. Have attached info on features that macminder had as well as a copy of macminder. 6. Key features I need are: • Must have separate password than the administrator to operate the application. • Cannot access time and date function in preferences without password (not administrator password). • Cannot make another login account without password (not administrator password). • Cannot delete application without password (not administrator password). • Will force quit any programs running when it comes to closure. • Shows warning prior to shut down. • Shows time until shutdown in Menu Bar. • Cannot close from Activity monitor without password (not administrator password). • Cannot force quit application without password (not administrator password). • Automatically runs on start up (unless otherwise chosen). Please see attached MacMinder and instruction ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
