Add Pages / Products to Our Blog - WordPress Experts Where are You?

I am looking for someone to take our product 12 images and descriptions and create a "Products Page" on our blog similar to the one you see here: [login to view URL] I also want you to create a separate page on the blog for each product (so you'll be creating 12 pages), just as each product on the sample page above has it's own page. Right now we have all of our products on separate domains, for example [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are just two of them and we want to bring them all over to our blog's domain, which is [login to view URL] This must be a professional job with proper titles, tags, etc for maximum search engine results.
