Asterisk (PIAF) set up outgoing Jumblo trunk

I would like to get my PIAF setup working with [login to view URL] Since I'm just starting out with a PBX, I have been succesfully setting up a virtual server with PIAF installed, and got everything working with one outgoing trunk. However, when I tried to set up an outgoing trunk with [login to view URL] as the SIP provider, I cannot get it working properly (TRUNK Dial failed due to CONGESTION - failing through to other trunks). I'm looking for someone who can help me get this working, as I know others are able to do so without a problem. Please show some portfolio or work history detailing you have experience with Asterisk/PIAF PBX systems.
