create a survey program

Online survey program’s description:

- It’s a survey method that I can use to design an interesting questionnaire ( gamming style) for different questions’ types such as using : open ended questions, multiple choice, add comments, ranking from 1-5 OR 1-10, ext,….

- I can add, modify , copy and paste the needed information easily.

- I can send the same questionnaire to different Drs’ specialties by selecting the needed specialty from a list of around 20 options.

- After designing the questionnaire I can add an introduction and thank you letter

- I can send the questionnaire automatically by email as an invitation and a link for the concerned contact/s .

- I can send reminders

- I can close the questionnaire and stop receiving the answers whenever I want.

- I can receive Drs’ answers automatically as well; I can follow up the progress on the project ex: how many & who finished answering the questionnaire and who didn’t answer it yet and who answered it partially.

- As an ethical option, it’s possible for the participant to be opted out.

- After receiving the answers I can export them to excel sheet in order to analyze them.

- The participant is not allowed to answer it twice after sending his answers or to forward the email to other participant.
