B2B Software required

Hello everyone, Firstly bid fairly only after reading the requirements. Its a serious project and i wish to have serious bidders only, who don't waste my time. Also, its not only a one time deal. Obviously i will be upgrading features time to time. So get ready to stay for long in contact :) -> Read site features carefully. (mostly both have same, but i like them most) -> Suggestions are most welcome. -> My budget for module I, will be around 250$ - 700$ -> As this is only module I, i will also be getting done - Mobile app, Further upgrades, Plugins etc. etc. a lot. . . -> Developers from India will be prioritized (and mostly who are from Capital of India). -> Language and everything can be your choice, just i need proper code, clean and most important security. -> Developers will be required to stay in touch atleast most of the day over skype or call so we get daily status of project, we don't need 1 day rush. We require complete proper structured workflow and sheet of work done. -> If you already have something that has those features, do let me know. I am very open to them as well (Just hope you will complete customize frontend). -> Developers in team will be good, as i wish to have this done in 30 days or less (If possible - again open to feedback and suggestions).
