Write software that allows a user to take slow motion footage of a predetermined length on a Lumix DMC-FZ1000 that transfers instantly to a PC (ASUS F452EA-VX021H laptop or similar).
The operational sequence:
1. The camera records the Slowfie and it transfers the sequence to the laptop.
2. A simple (branded) interface pops up the sequence on screen, represented as a side-scrollable ‘film strip’ of frames at a thumbnail size. Below that are fields to enter basic information; First name, Last name, Email.
3. Operator (and subject) select a frame (which highlights) from the film strip and it is previewed larger on screen. It is seen formatted to 6”x4” ratio and features graphic artwork overlaid (logo and URL TBD)
3. Subject enters their details into the data fields as mentioned above, and hits enter. The 6”x4” is printed out.
4. The data is stored as a meta tag attached to both the slo-mo clip and the single frame selected for output.
5. Later (that evening after the session has ended and the laptop is on a network), the files (both featuring an the artwork overlay / watermark) are packaged as part of a dedicated Electronic Direct Mail (via MailChimp or other) and sent to the subject's email.
