Hello, I am interested to work on your 4 month project. To make a web service for any mobile device it is important to support JSON communication. Regarding the web site if the is is intended for administration only it is not so important to be mobile ready but in the end this depends of the entire idea and the final project requirements. It would be nice to get more details about the technology required to implement as is the description of the entire service intended to be provided for the final customers.
