Design on-line ordering and tracking system for catering com

We are a catering company in a major Australian city. We would like our customers to be able to place online orders from an online menu on our website. WE would like to be able to update the menus ourselves with new items etc from time to time without complex programming. We need the system to send an email to the customer confirming their order and then send an email or print out an order ticket in our kitchen. We also need it to print a delivery docket and invoice. Should also be able to take online payments by credit card. System needs to be robust and allow tracking of orders to identify where in the system the order is up to. Should also be able to provide data for analysis/reports ie gross billings, avarage order value, popular products ordered etc.
