Hello, I have extensive experience dealing with similar issues in the past doing work in abuse department. I'll be happy to check this out for you. I'd need server root login info and ssh port. Maybe you could forward the abuse notice you received as well, many times if it includes email samples it can pinpoint the account, but you still need malware scan done. Are all your sites up to date in terms of site code?
