Database collecting order data from Affiliate pixel in web shop

We are running a web shop, connected to 5 different affiliate programs. For each order (if there is a cookie on the buyers computer) the affiliate pixel is shown in the "thanks for your order" page. Sometimes orders are cancelled, and we manually have to go throug all different affiliate programs to se if the order is in any and ask them to cancel. We now want to make this work in a program/script. You will save the name of each affiliate network in the database and contact information. Now we want to show another pixel for each order for your script to collect all orders and save in your built database with: -order number -order date -order amount If any of the affiliate programmes pixel is shown, your program will also collect the affiliate network it belongs to and save in the database row above. (We are dedublicating double affiliate orders so only one affiliate pixel can be shown for each order) All this information should be in an admin by an url (with login) It should be possible to select and see data as: -Orders in a specific date period -Orders from specific affiliate program in specific period -Orders form all affiliate programmes in specific period (comparable to all orders to see how much order value in % compared to all orders We should be able to fill in order numbers that are cancelled in a box, or import by csv file if many. If the order is from an affiliate program, the script will send an email to the contact email of that affiliate program, telling them to cancel the payment to the affiliate (Copy to me, and shown in text in the admin. Examle: Order 12345, email sent to affiliate network X. Data saved in log file) Text in email should be able to easy edit in admin. If the order don't belong to affiliate program, it will just tell me, and save in log file.
