Customizing Jamit Job script software

I am looking for someone who can customize Jamit job board software ([login to view URL]) to my requirements. I will broadly need following customizations: - Add an advanced search form/Modify existing resume search features and must have Boolean Search capabilities - Customize the job posting form to incorporate minimum and maximum experience fields - Customize the job search form to search based on min and max experience - Develop the Resume/Application management features to enable : 1. Applications to be in folders by advertised job 2. Must be able to : Shortlist/On-hold/Reject applications - and based on choice these must be put into separate folders 3. Enable sending of a single standard email to all selected resumes in the folder At this stage I am open on the costs - and this advert is to first identify someone who is capable of handling the job, and who has extensive experience in customizing job scripts
