Problem:
We have a a Career site designed to gather resumes and create a worldwide database of job seekers. It is also a membership site for Employers who can post their jobs with membership fees.
Issue # 1 to be fixed: The way the site is currently designed is when users click on any job, they go directly to that employer site or reply directly to the employer. I would like for people not to be able to see the full job listings unless they are registered and logged in and post their resumes. So when they click on the job listing, it takes them to the Register and Upload your resume page first, or if they are an Employer or Recruiter wishing to post a job, then they will also need to be prompted to Register first before accessing any information on the site.
Issue # 2 to be fixed: The software as a standard requires that employers have a resume search subscription before they can see resumes. There are price plans set up for this in the backoffice. However, if they have one active job running on the site then they are able to search resumes. We also need to remove that capability so that no one has access to search resumes unless they have purchased a resume search subscription.
Work Summary: Search and Job Listings Visibility
Work Details:
#1 Modify the search and browse pages to require that customers be registered and logged in before they can view detailed job listings. The listings in the search and browse results will display the current information of Job Title, Date Added, City and State. When the user clicks on the listing to view details they will be prompted to register or login to view the detailed job listing before they are able to access anything within the site. .
#2 Mobile Version -
• Apply the same changes to mobile version.
#3. Remove the capability of Any user having access to search resumes unless they have purchased a resume search subscription.
NOTE: No other changes included unless specified in this quote.
#3: When Employers or Recruiters post jobs, they should not be able to view ANY resumes within the site unless they purchase a subscription.
