Currently I have the Joombri Extension ([login to view URL]) installed on my Joomla Website. This does not have native location integration, so that 'Projects' can be searched for within a geographical location. Within the extension is also automated emails that are sent to 'Freelancers' with the desired skill for the project. I require changes to the site, so that project can be listed with the location within the project, the area and project type can be searched for, and ONLY the freelancers that have their same location and skills defined within their profile receive the email notification to bid on the project.
