Curl PHP Script Wordpress Import Upload

We require a PHP Curl script to upload a wordpress export file (XML) to a wordpress blog and successfully import the file into the wordpress database. The file must be imported using the wordpress-importer. We only require the functions to complete the above action, no html/interface is required. This is a fast and simple job, it will be awarded to the first person that can provide the working functions.
