Create App to post XML file content to URL

I have gone through the details. 1- I will make the windows service in c#. 2- It will have an interface where user can define the Failed and Done folder path. 3-Please clarify a bit about " URL specified within a separate CSV file"

Hello, I can create a .NET application for you to do the task. It will run a Windows service and 1. read settings (URL) from a CSV file 2. constantly monitor a specific folder for new XML files. 3. When found, it will post the XML to the URL 4. If successful, the XML file will be moved into "DONE" folder 5. Else, will re-try three times, and if still failing, move the XML to "FAILED" folder. Good day, i have expereiences with windows services writen using C# and .NET technology as well as with document procesing along the lines you are proposing. There are few questions to be answered if i would take this project on, ie: What should happen if there are 3 URLs in the CSV File and 2 of them success to post and 1 fail. I can make the software run in background (Hid it) it will check a selected folder for xml file. After the software get a new xml file, then software will try to upload(need server user id password etc. the xml file based upon url of csv document(that you provided) . I dont get the account no. in xml file. Sir let me try. Thank you Dinesh Das
