Convert our existing website from Flash to HTML

We have a website, [url removed, login to view] that we need converted from Flash to HTML. The reason is because we want to optimize it for Search Engines. We built the site using [url removed, login to view] which is a flash site builder. We need the new site to be identical (with a few minor changes) to the existing site. Please inspect the existing site carefully before bidding. We need you to fully understand the site itself. We will provide all images required to build the site. Please note, we used Wix to build the site, I believe it is possible to get the code from Wix (if you feel that will help the process). We also need the ability to edit content on the pages, specifically: 1. the "LIFE AT THE SALSA FOUNDATION" section on the homepage (which operates in a blog-style manner, with images, text and imbedding youtube videos) 2. The grey news bar on the homepage 3. The "timetable", "bookings", and "gallery" icons would need to be activated to link to the appropriate pages 4. Each section would need its own page (currently it's operating on "mini-pages", which are flash pages within a single page 5. Ability to change the featured section on the homepage (where you see the info on the SYDNEY SALSA CONGRESS, and the info on WEDDING DANCE) 6. The timetable would be changed, to be similar to [url removed, login to view] including the filtering options on the left side. 7. GALLERY we would need to be able to add and delete photos and albums, as existing. 8. VIDEO we need to be able to add and delete youtube videos 9. Everything would need to be optimised for search engines, include meta tags, page titles, links, and everything possible you can suggest.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
