College Project in JAVA mimics real busiess scenario

This is a college project that mimics a real business scenario -a trading platform where you trade stocks etc. I will give a short overview of project, shortlisted bidders will get complete description. Project has 4 phases. TIMELINE for COMPLETE PROJECT is 4 weeks. But PHASE 1 is due in 10 DAYS. So only those who can do this in the strict window period should bid. Also, you will have to collaborate with me closely, explaining each and every aspect. You will teach me what and how you did it, an explaination everyday. The system is made up of several applications that meet different users’ needs. Different users might need to access the overall system in different ways, so the developer needs to allow for different user interfaces to be implemented. (E.g. internal Windows application for IT Administrators, external website for Shareholders, intranet website for Brokers etc.) User management and granting access to different systems is therefore an important aspect of the products delivered, as is logging of all activity carried out by users. It is anticipated that a single user may be able to access the Trading Platform in different ways (e.g. a user may be a Broker, but they may also be a Shareholder and may therefore require access to more than one application). Applications will have a specific purpose (e.g. the Shareholder application, the Broker application etc.) System Administrators will require an application to control user access, monitor system activity and view service requests (e.g. fault reports, requests for access, password resets etc.) from users. There may be more than one System Administrator. No other type of user should be able to access the application used by System Administrators. System Administrators should be able to take ownership of user requests/fault reports to prevent other administrators from duplicating work. System Administrators should be able to update “work in progress” requests. All activity should be logged and System Administrators should be able to view system logs or reports on user activity. A similar requirement is needed for Shareholders and Brokers. I will give complete details to shortlisted bidders like I said before. The majority of Trading Platform information is available in an existing database system. Information about user permissions should be used to create a “Single Sign On” experience.
