Clone website with db script

there is webisite called [login to view URL] i want same website created where people can come and search for info by postcode address keywords and phone number it must be able to search all db and provide sorted results this db must be searchable with google example someone searches for phone number that is in my db and it will show in google search engine even if we have to use forum to post db also
