Hi, Having experienced in group chat module for alumni website and forums, This is web module but also capable to develop the winform modules on the same, Please let me know are you ready to purchase for some third part components for this such as for video module and for audio ? or you want us to go with opensource libraries? I have team of individuals with experience range from 3-8 years on Microsoft dot net platform using c# and vb.net. I am capable to provide you the same in c# windows form with classical UI. I have been working Microsoft technologies and developed below skills in last 10+ years Skills: ASP.NET with C# or VB.NET, Classic ASP, HTML 5.0, Responsive UI, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS3, Jquery, Jason,DotnetNuke, DevExpress, WCF, MVC 4.0, and TFS Database: MS-SQL, MySQL, Entity Framework 6.0 I am available to chat by IM, email or Skype, and would be happy to set up a convenient time to discuss the ideas.
