(remove by admin and remove by admin) both my own pages, made in dreamweaver, needs to become much more like a wikipedia-styled web-page where NGOs can enter their own profiles, preferably on pages that include sections, which are not controled by the NGO but by users rating the NGO. There are two goals: First that everyone can find the aid available in theor local area. Second that there is relevant information so that the users can pick the charity they prefer based on their own criteria.
Hence, the page will also need a search function, where people can pick their own criterias. I don't care if it is done in drupal, wordpress or what ever however, it has often limited me before and I need the system to be easy for me to update. I would also like to make different groups of persons responsible for each page, while I retain the option of taking away their rights if they are abused. Using volunteers and making locals responisble is the best way, to gain the insight and oversight necessary to make development aid work for the poorest.
I have spend many years on this but I have never been able to make the page work, as I have no money and limited skills. I can't pay much more than $50 so you would have to be a kind of volunteer as well. I hope for someone who can see the potential of this site.
