Need simple MS access 2007 system with admin functions and application to enter and report on customer service issues:
0. Dashboard - data in separate file from front end - so that several instances of front end can be used with different data/backends.
1. Admin Login -
A1. Add /edit/delete users (name , password, 4 hierarchical levels of authority - Read, Add, Edit, Delete
A2. Edit Lookup Tables
A.2.1 LU_Category1 - text field length 30
2.2.1.2 LU_Subcat1 - text field grouped under Category1
A.2.2 LU_Category2 - same as Category2 but different values
A.3 LU_Province -text length 30
A.4 LU_Status table - text 20 - Will be things like: Open, Closed, In Research etc.
A.5 LU_Priority - text 50
A.5 LU_Wherefrom - text 40
