We use Zoho for our business systems. [login to view URL] it enables the general public to be able to build very basic business systems without any knowledge of programming & scripting. However to offer even more flexibility using some script you can do even more things with Zoho. The scripting is also designed for the general public to use...(but does take time to understand). However if you are an experienced programmer the language will be very clear! I am looking to work with a programmer on an hourly rate, to repair to some bugs & increase the functionality that we have.
