We want developer to help make application to handle manage transactions and to add units to bulk sms application. Below are key features 1) User can place order via bank deposit and credit card. In case or credit card units are added automatically 2) App will use the same database as database of sms application 3)User can view his transaction history 4) SMS/email notification are sent to client was order is made/approved 5) Admin can view all transactions ad approve/cancel etc 6) admin can set prices 7) Admin can set bank details, email etc Only apply if you have very good understanding of bulk sms applications
