Basic Wordpress & Graphics Edits

I am looking for someone with experience editing wordpress themes. What I am looking to do is just basic edits:

- Moving content from one part of the page to another

- Splitting a single photo which links to one URL into 2 photos which links to 2 different URL's

- Changing the color of some aspects of the site

- Move category listing to the side bar from top of page
