Automatic blogging software (WordPRess Multi-Site) + Payment processing

We need the following application developed on WordPress Multi-Site: We will provide the overall design of the sales site. The user will register, pay $10/month or $100/year to have an account. Automatically, the user will receive a site (a subdomain under our main domain). They should be able to fill out a form with drop-downs for their interests, industries, etc. that will show a list of RSS feeds. They can select these feeds, which will automiatcally publish articles to their blog every 6 hours. They should be able to enter their own RSS/atom feeds as well. The application should automatically give credit at the botrtom of the article. As each articdle is published, it should llink with the users social media accounts (starting with Facebook, Twitter and LInkedIn) and post the article. Basically, for $10/mo the user should be able to create a self-sustaining social blog to engage their customers in their industry. The user should have the ability to point his/her domain to the subdomain, so they could act as if the entire blog is their own. Also, the user should have the ability to use any theme they like, that they can pick from our directory. 10 themes should be easily available for them to choose while registering. Deadline: 2 weeks
