Assist with site Maintenance (Drupal site)

I need to have my site reviewed to make sure there are no "bugs". I need assistance in understanding (a refresher) how to do the followiing: * post the ad banners myself; also be able to place different ads on each page and have them rotate * add newsfeeds/rss (such as links to CNN, MSNBC, etc). The news links will take open up news stories on the designated news sites. * I also want the ads to open in a separate window without taking the site visitor away from the page. Presently, visitors are taken away from the site. Additional needs: * add links for Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. Currently, there are links for Face book, LinkedIn and Twitter but I do not believe they are properly linked and add "Like" links that will allow site visitors to post links from my page to these areas The site is [[login to view URL]][1]
