Adsense Application "Will ignore generic PM and bids "

Auto bids and generic PM will be 110% ignored. I need an Ad-sense program that grabs info from the Adsense account and displays this in a easy graphical way. It should authenticate with Google true the OAuth 2.0, so we dont store username or password, to ensure peace of mind to users. [login to view URL] Program must work with 1: Windows 7, Vista , 8 (32 bit only , no need for 64bit...but if you want to add 64bit support then that's up to you ) 2: It should also work with MAC Program should also be available as an app on Android,iOS and Windows phone marked place. You can use the same graphical design on both app and program, or make it different... up to you. You can use the attach pic a design reference, but you should make improvements to it, shine it up or perhaps add another function to it. I can send you the link to the reference app so you can test it out and see what it has of basic functions. The extra function we want is this : 1: If CTR suddenly increase by a preset % then it should disable all ads on website, once this gets back within the % parameters it should reactivate the ads. Not sure if this is possible, but we can discuss this part. The program and app should show ad-sense ads apps in the free version, and for those who buy the commercial free version don't see any ads. I dont need to get this done in a hurry, so if time frame is 2 months or 3 does not matter. But should be i within 4 months.
